TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE MELBOURNE 4X4 COMPETITION

1. Eligibility:  

   - Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend the 4x4 show in Melbourne and complete the entry form via the provided QR code.

   - Employees and immediate family members of the promoter, the participating brands (Narva, Projecta, KT Solar, BOAB Off-road, Big Red Gear), and associated companies are ineligible to enter.

2. Entry Requirements:  

   - To enter, participants must scan the QR code displayed at the exhibition booths and complete the entry form, selecting either "Win it for Me" or "Win it for Old Mate.

   - Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Prize Details:  

   - The prize consists of UP TO $3000 RRP worth of products that the winner can choose from comprising of Narva/Projecta/BOAB/KT Solar/ BRG products.

   - The winner will choose whether the prize is for themselves or to gift to their "old mate." The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

 - Should the winner’s desired prize mix exceed $3000 RRP, they must pay the difference.

4. Winner Selection:  

   - The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries received during the promotional period.

   - The draw will take place at Kick Agency, Aspendale, Victoria, on Thursday, August 29th, 2024.

5. Winner Notification and Announcement:  

   - The winner will be notified by phone and email within two business days of the draw.

   - The winner will also be announced across all social media platforms on the afternoon of Thursday, August 29th, 2024.

   - If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a redraw will be conducted.

6. Prize Collection:  

   - The prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated address within 28 days of the winner confirming their details.

7. Use of Personal Information:  

   - By entering the promotion, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of conducting the promotion and future marketing activities.

   - The promoter will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8. Promoter:  

   - The promoter of this competition is Brown and Watson International Pty Ltd, [ABN:29004250748], located at Knoxfield, Victoria.

   - The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if necessary.

9. Liability:  

   - The promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.

   - The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
